How we went from idea to institution
Early 2023
The Problem Was Obvious
Our founders were active Roblox traders who got scammed twice using Discord middlemen. They decided to build the solution themselves — a proper escrow marketplace.
June 2023
Private Beta Launch
Bloxsell opened its doors to 200 hand-picked traders from our Discord. First week: 47 trades, zero disputes. We knew we were onto something.
September 2023
Public Launch & $100K Milestone
Platform opened to all users. Within 60 days we crossed $100,000 in total seller payouts. Crypto payout support went live — BTC, ETH, and LTC at launch.
January 2024
Direct Sales & PayPal Added
Sellers asked for private sales to specific buyers — we built it. PayPal F&F payouts added for users in supported regions. Discord bot launched for instant trade alerts.

Is Bloxsell affiliated with Roblox Corporation?
No. Bloxsell is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation in any way. "Roblox," "Robux," and "Limited" are trademarks of Roblox Corporation.
Do you need my Roblox password?
Never. We only access your public Roblox profile data through Roblox's public API — the same information anyone can see on your profile page. We will never ask for your password or cookies.
How long does a payout take?
Crypto payouts (BTC, ETH, LTC) are typically processed within 1 hour of the trade being confirmed. PayPal (Friends & Family) payouts can take up to 24 hours. Network congestion can occasionally cause delays for crypto.
What happens if a buyer doesn't accept the trade?
If a buyer fails to accept your trade request within 24 hours, the sale is cancelled, the buyer receives a full refund, and your item listing is automatically reinstated. You won't be penalised for buyer non-performance.
What's the minimum and maximum I can sell for?
Minimum listing price is $1.00 USD. There is no maximum — our highest single sale to date was $12,215. Items above certain values may trigger an additional manual verification step for both parties' protection.
Can I sell on behalf of someone else?
No. You must be the rightful owner of any item you list. Account sharing and selling on behalf of others is prohibited under our Seller Terms and may result in permanent suspension.
