Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Bloxsell. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use Bloxsell.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Bloxsell ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Bloxsell platform, website, and all associated services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, listing an item, making a purchase, or otherwise using the Service in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Seller Terms where applicable.

Bloxsell is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. "Roblox," "Robux," and "Limited" are trademarks of Roblox Corporation.

Description of Service

Bloxsell is a peer-to-peer marketplace that facilitates the buying and selling of Roblox Limited and Limited U virtual items for real-world currency. We act as an intermediary and escrow agent only — we do not buy or sell items on our own behalf.

Our Service includes: item listing and search functionality, buyer/seller matching, escrow-based payment processing, trade verification, and payout processing via supported methods including cryptocurrency and PayPal.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Bloxsell. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained verifiable parental or guardian consent and that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are not located in a jurisdiction where use of the Service is prohibited by law; (b) you are not on any government list of prohibited or restricted parties; and (c) you will use the Service only for lawful purposes.

Jurisdiction notice: Use of this Service may be restricted or prohibited in certain countries. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of Bloxsell complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must connect your Roblox account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

One account per person: You may only maintain one Bloxsell account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans or manipulate the platform is prohibited.

Account security: You must notify us immediately at support@bloxsell.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

Accurate information: All information you provide must be truthful and current. Providing false information may result in immediate suspension.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct. Violations may result in immediate account termination and legal action where applicable.

Fraud & deception: Misrepresenting items, identity, or account status. Engaging in phishing, impersonation, or social engineering.

Money laundering: Using the platform to launder money or facilitate illegal financial activity.

Platform manipulation: Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Service without authorization.

Harassment: Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or Bloxsell staff in any channel, including Discord.

System interference: Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or any related system.

Transactions & Payments

All transactions on Bloxsell are processed through our escrow system. Payments are non-refundable once a trade has been successfully completed and confirmed by our system.

A 3% platform fee is charged on every completed transaction, deducted from the seller's proceeds. Buyers pay the listed price in full. Bloxsell may update its fee structure with advance notice posted on the platform.

In cases where a transaction cannot be completed due to seller non-performance (e.g., failure to send the trade within the 2-hour window), buyers are entitled to a full refund of their payment, minus any non-recoverable network fees for crypto transactions.

Tax responsibility: You are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling any tax obligations arising from your transactions on Bloxsell. We do not provide tax advice.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Refunds are not available once a transaction has been successfully completed and confirmed by our escrow system. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

Refunds will only be considered in the following two limited circumstances:

Payment failure: Your payment was charged but did not successfully process or was not received by our system, resulting in no completed transaction.

Item not received: Payment was successfully processed but the purchased item was never delivered to your account due to seller non-performance or a verified system error on our end.

New login system required before submitting a refund request: To be eligible to submit a refund request, you must first migrate to and be signed in through our updated login system. Refund requests submitted through legacy login sessions, or by accounts that have not completed the login system update, will not be accepted or reviewed. Please update your account login before contacting support regarding any refund.

To submit a refund request under one of the eligible circumstances above, contact us at support@bloxsell.com or via the #support channel on Discord. Include your order ID, a description of the issue, and confirmation that you have migrated to the new login system. We reserve the right to request additional verification before processing any refund.

Intellectual Property

The Bloxsell name, logo, platform design, and all associated content are the property of Bloxsell and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Bloxsell content without our express written permission.

Virtual items traded on our platform remain the intellectual property of Roblox Corporation. Bloxsell does not claim ownership of any Roblox virtual items. By listing an item, you represent that you have the right to transfer that item under Roblox's own terms.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Bloxsell does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy of item valuations, RAP data, or any market information displayed on the platform.

Virtual item values can fluctuate significantly. Past transaction prices are not indicative of future value. Trade at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BLOXSELL AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

In no event shall Bloxsell's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service exceed the greater of: (a) the total fees paid by you to Bloxsell in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) $100 USD.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or exclusion of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, the above limitations apply to the greatest extent permitted by law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, effective immediately. Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@bloxsell.com. Account termination does not relieve you of any obligations or liabilities arising prior to the termination date.

Sections covering intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination of these Terms.

Governing Law & Contact

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
