These Terms govern your use of bloxsell.com and define the legal relationship between you (the user) and:

By accessing or using Bloxsell, you agree to comply with these Terms. Continued use signifies acceptance of any updates.

Definitions

Buyer: A customer purchasing items or currency.
Seller: A user selling goods on the marketplace.
Bloxsell: The marketplace platform and its staff.

Marketplace Fees

• A 1% transaction fee applies to all item and currency sales.
• Funds from sales remain pending for 2 days before becoming available for withdrawal.

Payments and Price Limits

Sellers must promptly deliver purchased items or currency. Refunds will be issued if transactions fail due to seller or technical issues. Items priced over $400 must be purchased using cryptocurrency; card payments are not accepted for these transactions.

Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, contact our Support team at business@bloxsell.com. Bloxsell is responsible only for processing on-site transactions.

Seller Responsibilities

Sellers must ensure their accounts and items are ready to fulfill transactions. Violations may result in moderation actions or voiding of funds.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are made in Bitcoin, subject to account verification levels:

• KYC Level 2: Unlimited withdrawals with a $10,000 daily limit.
• Premium Accounts: Up to 2 withdrawals per day, $2,500 daily limit.
• Non-Premium Accounts: 1 withdrawal per day, $800 daily limit.

Note: These limits are subject to change. Starting June 2025, Non-Premium accounts may be allowed to withdraw amounts exceeding $9,700 daily. Please check for updates regularly.

Electronic Communications

By using Bloxsell, you consent to receive communications electronically via email or site notifications, which satisfy legal requirements for written communication.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account. Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to use Bloxsell.

Termination of Service

Accounts may be terminated for violations such as fraud, providing false information, or failure to cooperate with support.

User Content

Users may post reviews, comments, and other content, provided it is lawful and non-harmful. Bloxsell reserves the right to remove any content violating these rules.

Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC)

To comply with AML regulations, some sellers may be required to submit personal information for verification. Data is securely stored and deleted after five years or upon request.
